I need help here. I have bought & installed the game from origin. Followed exactly the tutorial. install C&C Ultimate Collection launcher, install Gentool, XP SP3 and tick run this program as administrator, Sign up on cnc-online.net. I got through to the online log in page in the game. Everytime i press connect it will say COULD NOT CONNECT TO C&C GENERALS ZERO HOUR ONLINE. Can anybody tell me whats wrong? My username, password & email is 100% correct. Please help

Please! Please! try Windscribe free VPN to see if it fixes all of your ZH-Online connection issues!
You shouldn't use the C&C:Online launcher to launch Generals or Zero Hour. If you are playing only those games, you should unhook and uninstall the C&C:Online launcher and install GenTool. When you have done that, you just launch the game from its ordinary shortcut. If you are using the Ultimate Collection, you should install this first; C&C Ultimate Collection Launchers.
