hi, im having this problem in C&C 3 kanes wrath ,where everytime my friend tries to connect to my lobby it gives him this error " failed to join the error code is 0" ,dont know what it is, he can enter other peoples lobby, and i cant enter his..

That is probably a connection fault at your end. The error normally means that the host has lost one or more connections. It might help if you run the connection test in How to Report Issues and post the result in here.
