Hey, has anyone by chance figured out how to make the spell book fire an ability such as Legolas' Arrow Storm? I've spent a lot of time trying to figure this out. I tried firing it directly (as ArrowStormUpdate); didn't work, I kind of expected that. I've tried creating an OCL that fires the weapon on-create through LUA; didn't work either; I think because I couldn't specify a target position in LUA.

 

I know that the amount of BFME 1 modders is not high, but if anyone managed to figure out something regarding this, please share it. I'm cursing BFME 1 so much for its limitations compared to BFME 2. I've searched game.dat for hints at useful modules or attributes, but to no avail. There are a lot of other issues specifically with BFME 1 that I could lament about, but this one is the most bothersome right now. :p

Hum im surprised using regular behaviors for spellbook does not work, im not sure but i think it worked in rotwk
