so my friend and i have created accounts on the website but when we try to sign into our accounts in-game it says our passwords are incorrect even though it IS correct. what should we do?

I can't see from the log what password you're typing in. Can I suggest that you go back to the C&C:Online web site and change your password to a shorter one that is all numbers. If you are not able to log in with that, it might narrow the problem for us.
