New user login issues

Can you try logging into the C&C:Online web site using your credentials from here. For some reason, your account is not present on there. That should either create your account (which would be good) or throw up the error so we can have a look at that.

Hey, thanks for the fast reply, didn't receive an email letting me know you had responded so just now discovered.  Yes, when I went to that link it had me create yet another user name and password which I did do. I will try again now. I'm a bit new to all this so not sure if I'm doing it all correct. I do have C & C zero hour working via Origin. Is this enough for me to be able to play others online? Really enjoyed doing that years ago.

Hi,

Just created an account here and trying to login to generals zero hour, when I hit mulitplayer, online I type in my revora info and receive a message stating my email is invalid. Any ideas how to over come this?

same problem here with newly created account. I'm getting an "That password is incorrect. Please try again" message while I can normally login in my Revora account.

Hi, you have a different problem (your server account is set up correctly). Could you make a new topic for that problem as it's a different issue then I suggest changing your password to a short one using only digits and tell me the outcome in the new topic.

That did it! YES! Thanks so much. So I'm curious to know now if there is a way to prevent folks from using cheat codes they way they use to? I just want an honest and fair game...win or loose. This use to be so much fun looking forward it. Thanks again!

Install GenTool (you should be using that anyway).   That is the best way to ensure other players are not trying to cheat on you.
