Did you try restarting your PC?

Try deleting your cookies (seriously, this fixes the issue sometimes).

You shouldn't use the C&C:Online launcher to launch Generals or Zero Hour.   If you are playing only those games, you should unhook and uninstall the C&C:Online launcher and install GenToolWhen you have done that, you just launch the game from its ordinary shortcut.     If you are using the Ultimate Collection, you should install this first; C&C Ultimate Collection Launchers.

Can you check that the Online IP address in Options->Settings is an address on the network you use to connect to the internet (probably 192.168 or 10. something). If there is more than one address, select the other one.
