Yeah... strangely, EA never recorded EVA lines for those.

It's because barbed arrow upgrade were added for patch 1.05 instead of fire arrow for haradrim (lol) and it was pretty useless because it only allowed to use the ability so EA didn't created voice for that
poison arrow was not originally an upgrade it was originally an ability like black arrow, they just used the attack charge voice

Um.... That's not what he's referring to.
Mordor has them as upgrades and since EA didn't, we don't have voice lines for them.
