Error upon logging in: "Failed to connect to servers. Please check to make sure you have an active connection to the Internet"
The error comes up pretty quickly so it's not timing out.

Issue is similar to this person but different error message: https://forums.revor...backend-server/
There shouldn't be any issue connecting to the Revora servers because C&C3 works perfectly. And yes I know you log in to RA3 with an email address instead of forum username. Everything used to work fine about a year ago so I don't know what gives.

Two things come to mind:
1) The online IP address in Options->Settings-Network should be set to "No IP address". If it is not, the game might try to use a Hamachi driver or something like that to connect. Normally RA3 is quite good at avoiding that (unlike the other games) though.
2) Do you have an exception to the game in your firewall? That should be created automatically when you install the game but if you have an abnormal install, it might not have been.
Yes to both.
It was working perfectly fine a year ago and I haven't reinstalled Windows or anything so nothing should have changed...
