I would like to create another online nickname, but when I click on "create account" I am receiving massage "Could not connect C&C Generals Zero Hour online". Any help?

Yup, you can't create an account or a nick name from that button. To create a new nick name, just log in with it as you online ID. That should create the name for you (if it is available).
