I've recently started using the service, as I have just started playing the game. There are two issues that I wish to address: 1) An infinite product key entering loop at startup of Kane's Wrath, and 2) An error that occurs when attempting to install the latest patch for the NORMAL C&C 3, and not Kane's Wrath.
I own the Ultimate Edition on Origin.
My operating system is Windows 10 (Home or Pro Edition)
To begin, I would like to share my problem with the "Key entering Loop". When Kane's wrath is launched (and I have it hooked) via desktop shortcut, I am prompted to enter my product key for the game (The only key that I have is for the Ultimate Edition). When the key is entered and submitted, the game seems to load for around 3-5 seconds, then returns me to the menu, where it requests the product key once more. Unfortunately, this "Loop" never stops, and therefore, I am unable to launch Kane's Wrath.
The second issue that will be addressed regards an inability to install the latest patch on the normal C&C 3. However, the game still runs, and I am still able to access the online section of the game. Maybe I already have the latest patch installed?
