Hi Guys,

I'm using Windows 10 and the Ultimate Edition in Origin.

I can join other lobbys however I just had one player (tried ~10 games) where I could see a positive connection (antenna icon).

Re guidance:

    Disable port forwarding and DMZ in your router.
    -> Done (see screenshot)
    Download the connection diagnostic tool here: http://server.cnc-on.../NATNegTest.rar
    -> Done
    Extract it into a folder and double-click on the .bat file. (Make sure that the files are extracted fully. You cannot run the test from the compressed files.)
    Copy-paste the output to your help topic.
-> Done

Looking forward for some help, as I am not understanding why I cant ping the last one although it's exposed host (DMZ).

Where / how do you set the address of the "exposed host"? Have you set the MAC address somewhere?

It's configured via IP sames as my desktop PC via DHCP.

I figured out I'm using from my provider IPV6 and have read some comments about it, but not sure if it's a KO where I need IPv4?

You're posting on here with an IP4 connection. Is it the same connection?

You could try using a VPN. We have been recommending Windscribe as a free VPN and generally speaking people have had a lot of success with that. You get 10GB per month for free if you provide an email address and that should be enough for your playing needs.

Provider just did the switch now its working fine. tried windscribe but connection was very slow - maybe some misconfigured - but for all the ppl with similar issue, IPV6 to IPV4 by ISP = fixed the issue.
