i didnt play ZH for years and wanted to play again with the origin ultimate collection. i have the typical connection issues, where u cant connect to other people after creating a game. 1 out of ~15 games is working

im playing on windows 7, using gentool, have ports forwarded, tried to disable avira and firewalls. Also tried windscribe, but im not sure if i have to configurate it somehow

when i tried to find the error log file in the temp folder there was no CNCOnline_Log.txt

Have you been switched to IPv6?

Also, have you tried using a different PC?

Please! Please! try Windscribe free VPN to see if it fixes all of your ZH-Online connection issues!

You shouldn't use the C&C:Online launcher to launch Generals or Zero Hour.   If you are playing only those games, you should unhook and uninstall the C&C:Online launcher and install GenToolWhen you have done that, you just launch the game from its ordinary shortcut.     If you are using the Ultimate Collection, you should install this first; C&C Ultimate Collection Launchers.

Did you make your post (above) from the same connection you use to try to connect the game? Don't bother trying to use IP6. These games don't support it. If you have a dual stack lite connection (IP4 from IP6) that could be the problem too. I guess you are best trying to make windscribe work (try connecting to a different country / server).
