I Tried to type my username info and it say ''account or subaccount wasnt found'' could someone maybe tell me what i need to do?

Hi, which game are you trying to play?
If it's Red Alert / Generals / Zero Hour, then you need to use your registration E-mail as your account name
If you are playing C&C:3 / Kane's Wrath, then you need to use your server log-in name.
You can check your credentials at https://cnc-online.net/account
