hello so I just got done with the tutorial on how to get my game setup for your servers but whenever I go to launch it it asks for the registration code and I put it in and it just keeps asking for it but it was working prior to downloading the launcher and patch what can i do to fix this?

update so the patch seems to break my game i do have the Ultimate collection bundle but when i go to download the launcher fix it is not there no more?
