Hello I have downloaded Red Alert 3 through steam and tried to connect online.
I have used both my Revora account info and my EA account info and get a notification "Unable to Connect to Backend Server"
I have look on the forums here but there is no details on how to get it to work
What is this?

Hi, are you sure you started the game from C&C:Online Launcher?
If you can't start your game from C&C:Online, try to add a steam_appid.txt to your Red Alert 3 Directory, and write 17480 inside the file.
