Nevermind got it working. Had to launch the game via Steam after enabling the hook rather than through the launcher directly

Hi There, getting the above error message after trying to launch RA3 through the launcher.
OS: Windows 10
Version: Steam
When: As soon as i click the Red Alert 3 icon in the launcher.
CNCOnline_Log.txt is entirely blank.
