What causes desync anyway?  3/6 games we played went out of sync.    Very frustrating.

One time was 3 human players playing, the other times were only 2 human players.

 

We all downloaded the game from origin, not that long ago.

 

Anyone have an idea?  I read online that researching Quad Turrets or Combat Support Airfields causes it.  However, I think other things cause it as well, because last game we played against all Scrin AI opponents.

Sometimes a very noisy connection can cause this but if you are using standard maps, it probably means one of the players should reinstall their game.
