A report of Teamkilling in a game played in Zero Hour has been made against -BaSiC (Revora Member -BaSiC) and the adjudicator has found the report to be valid.

The report and the decision may be found at Gamereplays here: -BaSiC - Teamkilling.
I give -BaSiC three clear days to explain himself. If I do not hear from him within that time, the report will be confirmed and a sanction may be imposed. The explanation and any mitigation may be given here or in the report topic on gamereplays.

I deal with this report of using the SDZ Exploit and a further report of team kill (-BaSiC - Teamkilling - Confirmed) together.   -BaSiC has not offered an explanation for either offence and Peralva has confirmed both reports accordingly.

The standard tariff penalty for a first offence intentional exploit conviction in Zero Hour is a 14 day suspension from access to C&C:Online.   The standard tariff penalty for Team Kill is a formal warning.   As -BaSiC was convicted of both offences at the same time, I am going to penalise for both offences as if they were first offences.    While we normally offer to lift the suspension imposed for using the SDZ exploit after 10 days if the offender appears and asks us to do so, in this case, given the team kill conviction, I would not be willing to do that.

Accordingly, I will suspend -BaSiC's access to C&C:Online for 14 days from now. It must be understood that a subsequent conviction for either offence is likely to carry a much more severe penalty and in the case of a conviction for exploit or similar offence could extend to a permanent ban.

-BaSiC suspended until after 23 July 2019

I do not have any reason to believe that -BaSiC is a gamereplays member. Should it transpire that he is member or should he subsequently become a member, he is due a 28 days suspension from the site for this first offence intentional exploit conviction. As the site rules presently stand, any further conviction will result in a permanent ban from the site.
