Sorry for the delay in getting to you. I don't think this is an account problem (you would have got a message indicating that). Can you check that the Online IP address in options is an address on your local network (it should start 10 or 192.168). I am not seeing any sign of you in the logs.
Could you switch off the VPN, try to log in again and then post in here immediately afterwards (using the same internet connection)? I will see if that shows up in the logs.
