When i launch the C&C Online, and try and click on Zero Hour or Generals, it tells me no installation found. Now i have downloaded both through Origin.

I have the same issue.
I launch origin and get to the online screen but it will not allow me to login.

You can try to use GenTool instead of the C&C Online Launcher.
