Hey there,
Every time I try to play a custom game with my friend online, I receive the "Unable to Connect to Players" error.
What are we doing wrong? We both have installed GenTool. Are there extra steps? We own the games through Origin.

It probably means that your router is unable to establish peer to peer connections with other players.

Same thing is happening for me and my friend. Worked fine until just recently.
