Hi folks,

after I switched to Linux (Mint 19.2) and got Tiberium Wars running using native Steam client + Proton, I now wonder how (if possible) one could inject that C&C:Online Launcher to get online gaming up and running again. I've successfully used it when I was still on Windows but now...

Has anyone managed to get it running under Linux yet? Or is there a workaround so I won't need gentool? Maybe some changes in some kind of TW3 config file?

Greets

edit: Maybe this should be moved to discussions. Sorry for that.

GenTool works with c&c generals zero hour only.

Gain access to CNC Online servers by using GenTool for Generals and Zero Hour.

"GenTool provides enhanced game controls and optimizations to maximize your online gaming experience. Additionally it comes with three anti cheat solutions for Generals and Zero Hour. The program is easy to install and is fully functional with C&C Generals 1.8, C&C Generals Zero Hour 1.04, Generals Deluxe Edition, The First Decade and The Ultimate Collection."

Yeah, I mistyped the name of the tool. As stated above, what I'm talking about is C&C:Online Launcher.
