Yesterday I played with my friend and everything worked fine. Today we tried playing but it doesn't work.

When I try to play alone the game will work, or when my friend leaves the game will work (and vice versa). In the loading screen I am 100% but I do not enter the game while my friend is playing and him receiving that I disconnected. As soon as he leaves, mine will start working. Which is absurd.

The only thing I changed was clicking limit super weapons and limit armies which enabled me to change the starting money (which couldn't be changed before). I think this is causing the problem even after uninstalling the game and gen-tools multiple times.

What is the problem?

Installer: Origin
Type: Ultimate Collection Pack

Game: Command and Conquer Generals Zero Hour

Version: 1.04

Operating System: Windows 10 (x64)

Me and my friend also encountered this same issue.

1 player in-game and 1 player on loading screen.

After a while theone on the loading screen also enters in-game but after 1sec the disconnect screen is shown.

Later this day I tried some random matches against other people and all 3 connected & succeeded (still lost the game itself though :p)

We both did not use port-forwording but the connection check succeeded just like one post above.

Same problem for me again today. Is there any active support here?

I just installed LogMeIn Hamachi and we are now playing together using it. I suggest you to use it until there is news about this problem or a fix for it because so far no one or nothing is helping.

Tried now again. Seems like this won't solve it by itself.

Support, hello?

Installing the new GenTool released today solved it for me.
