Could not connect to Red Alert 3 Online.

I completed the preparation as described on the Setup page.

The client can also launch Red Alert 3.

But when I try to log in, I'll be prompted that I can't connect to an online service.

This is different than the previous error prompt, is this a network problem?

Or, do I need to change my network settings in the game?




Operating system: windows 10 home
Version No. 1909


Network operator: China Telecom


Game downloads from Origin

Origin performs updates before the game starts

Red Alert 3 version: 1.12
