Zero Hour, TuC, Origin, "Could not connect to C&C Zero Hour Online"

I'm unable to connect to C&C Online in Zero Hour. 


Zero Hour, The Ultimate Collection from Origin


Gentool 7.9.3 installed, splash screen pops up and Insert menu functions


After the game loads, I click Multiplayer>Online and when I attempt to login I'm told "Could not connect to C&C Zero Hour Online". Picture attached.


I've used the TCP test and results returned TRUE, I've used the NAT test tool with results attached.


Can anyone help?


EDIT: It seems to have resolved itself. I tried again tonight and it connected immediately.

EDIT2: It seems to have unresolved itself. It's no longer functioning. This issue doesn't appear to be caused by my client.
