i have installed game gentool and added a revora account my score right now is 61/21 but why it aint registering on the ladders ?

my game name is shenol help plz

Yes, there is a problem with the ladder, usually 2vs2 games don't count on the ladder for some reason and sometimes even 1vs1 games don't count.
