T3A online account verification email

I am trying to help my friend set up his T3A: online account so he can play BFME2 online, but he has not received his verification email.  He has tried with a few emails now, and still has not received one.  Does anyone know how to fix this?

Same problem here. I setup my account just fine. When I tried to register a new account for my spouse (username Vacasaurio), I never received the verification email in my inbox. When I tried registering again using the same username/email address, I get the following messages:"This username is already taken. This e-mail address is already taken."

The following message is also displayed at the registration page: If you have technical problems with the server, do not register more accounts here. Rather, contact us in the support forum.
Any ideas?
