When I use C&C:Online Launcher to start Red Alert 3 , I'm getting an error  CA public key patching routine failed.

 

operating System : Windows 10 1909

Version : Steam  , Red Alert 3  -1.12

I try to use it in windows7 , it can be work .

It looks incompatible with windows10 1909
