I encountered a strange bug that’s a bit complicated to explain, so let’s start with the setup. I play gondor vs brutals wotr. Northern mirkwood is owned by goblins and defended with a large garrison army. Erebor are their allies and they brought in a medium army under bard. Now when i clicked the battle usually the owning army is shown first in the autoresolve tab and you can click on their allies to see their army composition. This time it was switched around. It showed me erebor as main defender and goblins reinforcing. Naturally, i entered rts and began the fight. Most maps they spawn on top of each other in same starting position and share a base. This map was one of the few exceptions i found out. However, as i was whacking away at the goblins i never encountered any erebor units. They had their own starting position, but all units and builders were frozen in place. A balrog or two later, I was overwhelming the goblins and they forfeited the match, all units buildings of theirs suicide. I’m still in the battle though. So I attack erebor units, they unfreeze (builders still frozen) and the match ends once i wiped them out. Strangest bug I’ve encountered, ever.

Aditionally i had 2 ranger batts in my army but they didn’t spawn. After the battle they were back in my army comp, and also two replacement batts i made during the match. Usually they spawn in the territory as a garrison. Notably all other extra units i made got carried over to garrison army.
For background info: my army composition with gondor always consists of one of each anorien combo battalions (sword x sword, spear x spear etc), 2 rangers, 2 swan knights, 2 amroth men at arms, 3 trebs.
