Hi!
A friend of mine and I entered to play BFME2 in multiplayer, we entered a room and I have the green ping but he has the red symbol of prohibited. I have played several times but he cannot play with anyone and we have played other online gamers without any error.I have seen many other people with the same problem in other forums, but nobody responds.
We have installed the game using:

and he have the game reinstalled twice, but nothing has worked.
