I set a castellan on fire but they wont die, they cant attack, have no health and cant hurt me but they roam around the map and if i hover over them, it shows their name and all

That's a vanilla bug that sometimes happens with single units, e.g Berserkers, Olog-hai, Castellans. Unfortunately we're not able to fix this.
