Hello Dears,

Two years ago i have tried to play generals online , i was facing the issue [Unable to connect with other players] and on that time i did not recognize the port forwarding.

I have came again to play Generals Online and yet still facing issue. I saw a lot tutorials , I have checked this topic. I made static IP for my PC , I add every port required for the game inside my TP-Link Router . I even turned off my firewall just to check and i have added the game as an exception on my Avast anti-virus. and yet nothing is changing.

I decided again to search more , and i figure that i must check if my ports are open or not , so I check on several sites for [16000 UDP port] and every time it tells me it is blocked.

So far I had trouble shoot the problem that my ports still blocked even if I added them on my router.

Still there is important point I have to add , in my country it is so normal to use [Nanostation to get the signal from the ISP] , so check this link to know what Nano i am using.

And yes , there is a choice for port forward inside the Nanostation just like the photo below.

And the one below is from my router:

And this one for my connection configuration

this made me really confused.

*My PC IP is Static IP

*The Game rarely connect with other player and it works fine.

*Port Forwarding done according to this site [https://portforward.com/]

Actually i have zero idea if this affect or not.

Help Please.

You do not need port forwarding.

Seems like your ISP doesnt support IPv4 dual stack.
You could contact your ISP or try to use a VPN like https://windscribe.com/
