Hi,

 

I managed to login to play Generals ZH with my mate the day before on Gentools.

 

But yesterday, after i restarted my computer, I got the error message when trying to login - 

"Could not connect to C&C Generals Zero Hour Online"

 

When I tried to change my password to an incorrect one, it does say password incorrect. 

 

ComputerName     : peerchat.server.cnc-online.net

RemoteAddress    : 185.17.144.132

RemotePort       : 6667

InterfaceAlias   : Ethernet

SourceAddress    : 192.168.0.106

TcpTestSucceeded : True

 

I'm on Win 10 and using Origins

So you are saying that usually you are able to log in to C&C:Online but that day it did not work? How often did you try to log in?

 

It is a known issue that when servers are super busy players often are unable to log in. Sometimes it works after the fifth attempt, sometimes you have to try again 10 minutes later.

 

Now, if you are not able to log in to C&C:Online in general (no matter time and date), that is another issue.
