Hey everyone!
I am so excited to play generals zero hour with some friends online, but i can't seem to get it to work. i downloaded and installed the C&C Online launcher, and it launches the game successfully. but when i click the online option, it just gets stuck at the "checking for updates" box, i have the latest patch installed. here is a screenshot below.
i've waited a while, nothing happens. If i cancel it goes back, so game is not frozen.
here is whats in my options.ini file, ip address listed twice is the local computer (supplied by dsl router).
can anyone help me figure this out come on you guys i reaaaaaaaally wanna play this game.

here is output from powershell i saw others use to troubleshoot, can't seem to reach server, but everything else works fine on my machine, any ideas??
i have allowed botht he launcher and generals access through windows firewall
