after entering my email and the nickname and pass word 

 

i choosed my birth date which is on 1992 .

 

 

my problem it continue telling me i should be 13 years or above 

 

 

 

that is weird can you help ??

That is weird indeed. Have you tried to change the year to something else that would make you even older?

i made it at 1900 and it isnot worken
