I have downloaded Windscribe VPN and am running IPv4, not IPv6. I check my IP address and it is the VPN.
Yet, I still have the same issue as in the topic. Any advice? I want to play ZH so bad. RA3 too but have not gave it a shot yet since there weren't any open games without passwords.
