I am playing the game on Steam (Win 7). I followed all Setup steps as said but I am still getting "Failed to connect to servers please make sure you have an active internet connection" error (I barely have an Internet connection).
As you know this error is the same thing that when we try to connect to Red Alert 3 online without C&C:Online. So it looks like C&C:Online is not working.
However I try 2-3 times to launch the game (by following the steps said) but on first try nothing more than seeing that small "EA Red Alert 3" happens.
Note: I hooked the game but things were same before hooking. Running the game from my Steam library, by desktop shortcut or by using C&C:Online changes nothing. When I press "Login" button without typing anything (password, email), because of the thing I said in second paragraph.
And lastly i feel that noone will reply this to help me :,)
