I was playing as Rivendell, after my fort got destroyed for the first time and i rebuilt it, i couldn't use rally call. One other time (in a previous version) the same thing happened and i couldn't use tornado power. I believe the map isn't the case since in both times that happened it was a different map (i also don't remember them. If it is really important let me know and i will search them) . Both times happened in a multiplayer scenario, i also bought the said powers when my fort was down( so maybe this is the issue?)
Also the first time this happened (with the tornado power) i could cast the spell after a time. The second time it happened (the rally call power) i couldn't cast the spell at all until the game ended.
