made a new account today and followed all the steps but kept getting the backend error when trying to connect. i noticed on the c&c online site it says
"server status: offline". iv been googling it for a while and found other people who posted it but no solutions on any of their posts, could someone please help me with this.

Hey! Right now the servers are offline. I'm also having troubles connecting, and my friend is too, but I can assure you this is the first time we've had this error. Not sure when it'll come back up, but until there's nothing to do but wait.

Yeah its been a bit iffy today, not as reliable as normal. Probably just bad timing for you. hopefully its all stable and back to normal soon
