Tell me how to export this tower from 3d max correctly. The model is not visible in the game. Please add links or tell me about the process.

Get the BFMEII Mod SDK. It has the plugins that you need to install into the 3ds Max folder. This will give you access to the W3D Tools. It won't appear at first, you need to click the "More..." Button that you see in the screenshot you posted.

Thanks. How can I see which skeleton is attached to the standard model? and is it suitable for a new one?

I don't know how to tell what skeleton a model is meant to have other than simply finding one that matches the model name. Though structures typically only use bones for projectile locations or passengers. You could make your own bones quite simply to suit your needs.

You don't need a skeleton to make it work. I'm not sure exactly what the issue you're having is/
