[Bug] Rivendell AI stops playing at some point in AOTR 5.1

Hi again ! I come here to report another bug that I've noticed in the mod while playing with all that shiny stuff.

 

It's about Rivendell AI. After a few fights, I realised that the enemy just stops playing at some point : he has resources and buildings that are providing him some, buildings that can train units. But he does absolutely nothing. When I finally achieve victory, I see that Rivendell just let his resources stack up to 24 000 while not doing anything, not even strenghten the fortress. And this strange comportment begins exactly when the AI has no units on the battleground (when I have killed the builders and the fighters). Even if he can train units (and notably builders), when he doesn't have any of them anymore, he'll just stay there waiting for death.

 

This is what I think, maybe my supposition is wrong, but I clearly saw this bug and the insane amount of resources gathered by an enemy that still has a fortress and resources. Maybe it's about making builders, maybe Rivendell can't do this for whatever reason.
