When playing as Misty Mountains and starting in a fortress, you get 2 builders. So far tested it in Dol Amroth, Dol Guldur, Edoras, and Erebor.

It's a little different for the Pelargir map: you can recruit builders from the keep.

Hi, I had the same problem as expected on the map Fortress : Erebor added by the mod. I come here just to precise that not only the Misty Mountains faction has builders at the beginning but its resource buildings are considered as common buildings with a field of harvesting (the circle around it). Instead of giving +20 resources as every resource building on Fortress maps with building slots, the Misty Mountains ones work just as on normal skirmish maps.
