OK this is gonna be a tough one.

the game works flawlessly, i go online and join a room, not a single player can connect to me and vice versa. ( i get the little ear icon and then the red sign indicating :unable to connect" )
i have tried the following:
Turn DMZ  on/off
Windows firewall: on/off

adding exceptions on/off
Fort forwarding 8088-65535 on/off
called my ISP to confirm i have NAT ipv4 ( confirmed )
ran the connection text BAT file:

Issue resolved in Discord server. Solution was to use Windscribe VPN.

Please explain this here... Pretend for a moment that not everyone on planet Earth knows all this techno lingo, or how Windscribe resolves the issue.

Windscribe as a vpn changes your ip address, location and has ipv4 support. In other words if you dont have the necessary requirements to connect it creates them for you generally fixing all the connection problems.
