Did you by any chance apply the 1.12 patch to the game manually?
If you did, don't do that; the game is already patched to the latest version if you get it from Steam.
If that's not the case, go into your Data folder and ensure that ra3_1.12.game is in fact in that directory.

I can't make this RA3 work on my laptop. Windows 10, 64 bit. I bought the game from steam. DirectX and .Net Framework are up to date. I tried different compatibilities (Windows Vista, Windows XP service pack 2, Windows 7). I uninstalled and installed it again. I ran check Disk and repair. Yuri, RA2, Tiberium, Generals, Zero Hour all work on my laptop. Just RA3 is the problem. Lenovo Ideapad 100 - 14IBD Win. 10, 64 bit, x64 based processor, NVIDIA GEFORCE
Please help.

My problem got fixed. It's actually that my PC can't run ".game" files. I don't know the problem; but I factory reset my Laptop. Now it's working.
