Hi,
I am running RA3 on steam, version 1.12 and I cannot connect online.OS is Windows 10 pro.
I installed C&C:Online launcher. Trying to start Red Alert 3 through it, I encountered "CA public key patching routine failed".
Setting the launcher exe to be run in compatabillity mode win7 and to always run as admin fixed this issue.
However I cannot launch RA3 through the launcher and there is no error message.
If the game is unhooked, trying to launch RA3 through the launcher, steam seems to indicate that RA3 starts for a second before stopping without any error message.
RA3.exe is run as admin.

Hooking the game prevents it from being launched at all. It can't be run from either the launcher, shortcut or steam.
CNCOnline_Log.txt contains the same messages.
Finally starting the game, then launching it through the launcher sends me back into the game. However, trying to login I get the error message "couldnt connect to backend server".
Running the game without admin rights doesnt change the behaviour. Unhooked, the game still can't be started from the launcher and if it's hooked it can't be launched at all.
Now the error log contains the following:
