I happen to be preparing for Halloween by building as many different Lord of the Rings costumes as possible before Halloween, starting with Dain Ironfoot (as King Under the Mountain) first, followed by Sauron, and then... who I create a costume of 3rd and beyond remains to be seen. Plus, I have no clue whether or not I feel like doing all of Sauron's different physical forms... yet.

Who else on this forum build costumes from scratch? And no, they don't have to be LotR costumes, but they certainly can be.
