The C&C Online does not work with Command and Conquer 3: Tiberium Wars and Command and Conquer 3: Kane's Wrath, why is that? How to fix this problem?

I log in with cnc online but still can not play online multiplayer, why is that? how to fix this problem?

I have C&C online account but when i try to log in to Command and Conquer 3 Tiberium Wars and Command and Conquer 3 Kane's Wrath it keeps saying could not connect to online multiplayer, why is that? How to fix this problem?

you need to launch CNC3 or KW through cnc online after wich enter you activated cnc online account information
