Hello all,

 

'First timer' here in all regards since playing back in the game via gamespy.

 

I bought the Ultimate Edition via Origin to play CnC Generals Zero Hour to ultimately find online was dead.

 

I discovered your servers via interwebs and I went through the forums common issues and solutions before writing this post.

 

I made an account, downloaded gentool, and installed the ultimate edition support work around for the launcher.

 

What I am currently encountering is I see the 'GenTool' UI elements when booting Zero Hour, but I receive a network error when attempting to access online.

 

Things to note: most of the support here, reference's issues with 'Logging in', but when I boot and see the gentool UI within Zero Hour, I see no log-in option. This might be a cause.

 

The email used for the Revora account is the same as my origin.

 

If anyone has ideas or thoughts, please help. I'd love to join the community.

 

P.S. firewall appears to not be the issue.

If you encounter Connection issues in Zero hour make sure of the following

You are running a licensed copy of the game
No vpns are running
Firewall is not blocking smth
Your IP in your game settings starts either 192 or matches the IP you are using
That you have tried activating send delay option if that does not work deactivate it again

After the issue persists even after all previous has been checked you can either attempt port forwarding or make use of the VPN called Windscribe hit me up on discord if any questions are open
