So. When i join a lobby/create one myself the "Send" box isent ticked in and when they/me try starting the match they say i failed and that i have to rejoin but that dont seem to work?

anyone know whats the problem or so

try using a vpn like https://windscribe.com/ and make sure that the ip it provides is selected in the game settings

I tried it and the only ip that comes up is "127.0.0.1" and "no ip adress" so not the one that the vpn says im using

1) Turn Windscribe on

2) Go into Command Prompt and type ipconfig

3) Press enter and scroll down to where it says IPv4 address--that's the address that should be set in game

 

Make sure you don't have another VPN service like Hamachi/GameRanger/ZeroTierOne running in the background; you can use Task Manager to kill those processes if you see them, or you can go down on your taskbar, right click their icons, then tell them to quit.

I cant set my online ip in red alert 3, i can only choose the ones that come up wich are "no Ip adress" and "127.0.0.1" and when i choose 127.0.0.1 it automaticly goes back to no ip adress
