When trying to connect online, KW freezes. 

 

I've tried a couple of things, nothing has helped yet.

 

In the attachment is a logfile. 

 

Zero Hour does work with the Gen Tool.

 

Game is hooked.

Version: ultimate collection (I guess) I entered my box cd key and activated it there.

When I Hook Kane's Wrath to C&C Online both Skirmish and Online crashes. It will not allow me to enter the game. 

 

When I'm not Hooked to C&C Online I can play a game in Skirmish.

 

Anyone have any ideas how to fix this problem so I can play online.

 

Bought game through Steam.

Problem Solved:

 

Found the problem. Had to turn off Antivirus to figure out that was blocking me from playing the game through C&C Online. After I figured that out I was able to going into my antivirus program and give C&C Online access permission.

make sure youre doing the steps of launching through cnc online correctly (provided below) as well as make sure that you dont have anything running that could be potentially blocking the game or cnc online e.g. an antivirus

1. If you have cnc online open, close it before doing anything else.

2. Not necessary, but in some cases it helps, disable your antivirus.

3. Open steam/origin, and create a shortcut for your game.

4. Open CNC Online and hook your game, then close the launcher.

5. Now double click the shortcut you created, it should take you to the cnc online launcher, and go from there.
